Houserules

The tenant agrees to the following HOUSE RULES:

• Not cause disturbances to neighbours or host loud parties.

• Groups of friends are not allowed

• The number of persons may not exceed the number stated in the reservation confirmation.

• Visitors for a day are welcome but must be notified to the landlord or responsible person in advance. Overnight stays are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

• Smoking is not allowed indoors.

• Starting fires is not allowed both inside and outside the house.

• The barbecue can be used. The fire must be extinguished after use, and please be aware that the grill and ashes should be cleaned.

• Music is allowed but consider the environment and neighbours. Music must be kept at a low volume after 11:00 PM.

• Glassware is not allowed in the pool area.

• Making copies of the keys to the rented property is strictly prohibited.

• It is not allowed to charge an electric vehicle
