Cancellation conditions

If the tenant unilaterally cancels this rental agreement:

• Free cancellation within 8 days after making a reservation.

• 30% of the total rental amount if cancelled after 8 days from the reservation up to 8 weeks before the arrival date.

• 50% of the total rental amount if cancelled from 8 weeks before the arrival date up to 4 weeks before the arrival date.

• 100% of the total rental amount if cancelled within 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
